Guidelines for the curriculum at St. Isidore Catholic School are developed and implemented in cooperation with the Catholic School Department of the Diocese of Sacramento. The curriculum is carefully coordinated from Transitional Kindergarten through eighth grade. Teachers and school administration review and evaluate textbooks cyclically and sequentially according to specified curriculum areas to ensure that Diocesan standards are met. St. Isidore Catholic School provides complete academic instruction in essential core curricular subjects: English/Language Arts, Reading/Literature, Writing, Religion, Mathematics, Science, History/Social Studies, Technology, and Physical Education.
